Michael R. Strain - The Washington Post

Michael R. Strain is a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. His research interests include labor economics, public finance, and applied microeconomics. He began his career in the macroeconomics research group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and previously worked for the U.S. Census Bureau. A graduate of Marquette University, he holds an M.A. from New York University and a Ph.D. in economics from Cornell University. He lives in Washington.
